We have over 600 power tools on display from all the major brands as well as hand tools and accessories.
Our colleagues are always available to give you expert advice or help you with your purchases, with the service you have come to expect.
We have strict measures in place to keep both our customers and colleagues safe including:
ALL customers must wear a face covering (over mouth and nose) to enter the store, as per Goverment regulations (unless exempt)
Anyone unwell is not allowed to enter the store
Limiting the number of customers we have in store at any one time (15)
Hand sanitising station at entrance
Strict social distancing observed
Use of card/contacless payments if possible
We are not yet able to allow you to try on our workwear and clothing.
Despatch of online orders operating as usual.
'Click & Collect' How it works?
Customers can use ‘Click & Collect’ on-line or phone 020 8892 3813 and await a call when picked & ready to collect
Over the counter collections will be done as normal at the cash desk, larger heavy items, once paid at the tills can be collected from the rear.
A technical colleague will be on hand at the collection point to assist as required.
Please pay by card if possible
Regular cleaning will be carried out in the collection/till area.
What precautions are we taking?
After following the Government guidelines and careful planning we have put in place measures to protect our staff at all times. We have followed the best practice advice that was in place prior to re-opening.
What service can you expect from us?
With over 40 years in business, offering the best service possible is always our goal, and our long standing and loyal customers are testament to that.
We currently have over 10,000 lines in our own stock, so will be able to offer a comprehensive level of stock availability. Some of our suppliers are currently closed or offering limited delivery to us, if this causes a delay to your order we will let you know as soon as possible.
Our delivery partners are all currently running high levels of service but with increased demand and staff availability this on occasion may cause a small delay, which we are sure you will fully understand that this is out of our control and that everyone is doing their best. However, we still anticipate a good service level.
All deliveries to customers are currently being done with contactless signing, so a photo with the delivery will be required in most cases. Large or heavy items unfortunately at this time will not have assistance when unloading, so please be aware of the size & weight of what you order.
