Due to high volumes of orders, it may take 1-2 days to dispatch!

So please allow 2-3 approx for delivery, items not in stock will take longer.

Please Note: Currently our team are working extremely hard to meet the demand for orders, unfortunately with less staff and increased orders coming through this is naturally leading to a back log, so please allow 2-3 days for your delivery, items currently not in stock will increase the delay, especially as our suppliers are also experiencing the same issues. Thank you for your patience & understanding.

Following 4 weeks of total shut down in March/April to support the Governments' advice to stay home & save lives, although classified as an essential supplier, we felt as a family business protecting our staff and family as well as our customers, was the right thing to do.

Why are we opening online only?

This gives us the largest reach to our customer network with the minimum of risk.

After following the Government guidelines and careful planning we have put in place measures to protect our staff at all times. We have followed the best practice advice that was in place prior to re-opening.

• We will operate with a reduced team in both customer services & warehouse, allowing us to remain at least 2m apart at all times.
• Staff able to work from home will continue to do so.
• Our Twickenham Superstore will remain temporarily closed.
• Our click & collect services will remain temporarily closed.

What service can you expect from us?

With over 40 years in business, offering the best service possible is always our goal, and our long standing and loyal customers are testament to that.

• We will have limited staff available answering the phones to assist with advice and dealing with any queries.
• We currently have over 10,000 lines in our own stock, so will be able to offer a comprehensive level of stock availability. Some of our suppliers are currently closed or offering limited delivery to us, if this causes a delay to your order we will let you know as soon as possible.
• Our delivery partners are all currently running high levels of service but with increased demand and staff availability this on occasion may cause a small delay, which we are sure you will fully understand that this is out of our control and that everyone is doing their best. However, we still anticipate a good service level.
• All deliveries to customers are currently being done with contactless signing, so a photo with the delivery will be required in most cases. Large or heavy items unfortunately at this time will not have assistance when unloading, so please be aware of the size & weight of what you order.
• It may take 1-2 days to process & despatch the high volume of orders we are currently receiving!
