HOW TO CLICK & COLLECT IN STORE
 
  1. Add the product to your basket
  2. Click on 'Your Basket' and choose the option to Checkout
  3. Enter your details and select the Band 10 'Click & Collect From Store' option from the Delivery Address screen
  4. We will contact you to confirm when the goods are ready to collect*
  5. Visit our store with your order confirmation or quote your order reference number to collect your order and pay for your goods in store (Please pay by card if possible).

    *Please note some items including large machinery is not kept on site, and will not be available to collect same day

Designed for use with the OFK 500 and OFKC 500 routers.

This Roundover Cutter is engineered for detailed, small-scale edge profiling. It excels in solid wood and is also suitable for plastic edges. Its hollow core design allows for direct mounting onto the router spindle, delivering exceptional run-out accuracy and a refined routing finish.

Key Features:

  • Single-edged cutter (Z1): Engineered to reduce heat buildup, thereby minimizing the risk of scorching when routing against the grain.
  • Specialized Design: Specifically developed for rounding edges.
  • Precise Radius: The cutter's radius is precisely matched to its bearing ball.
  • Surface Transition: The radius features a 5° run-out on the router blade for a smooth finish.
  • Low Profile Mounting: The bearing ball mounts flush with the cutter, enabling routing in rebates or on stacked panels.
  • Bearing Ball Not Included.
  • Easy Installation: Mounts securely with a screw.
